Community Op Shop and Warehouse
Receives, sorts, prices, displays and sells donated clothing and household goods at Carrum Downs. The team keeps the warehouse safe and tidy, records weekly sales and stock, runs the register, and gives learners and volunteers practice in sorting, measuring, pricing, handling cash and reading safety signs.

Bao runs the Carrum Downs op shop and sorting warehouse with a team of volunteers and learners, and has managed retail stores for twenty years.
